Iqoo Neo 6 India launch set for May 31: Know specifications, expected price, and more

Iqoo Neo 6 has been confirmed to launch in India on May 31. This will be the first smartphone under the company’s first Neo series even though the brand is selling its phones in India for over two years.

The Neo 6 has already been launched in China. But the Indian version will come with a different specifications than the Chinese model. The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 870 5G chipset and 80W fast charging in India.

Iqoo Neo 6 specifications (Expected)

The Iqoo Neo 6 launching in India will come with Snapdragon 870 5G chipset with a clock speed of up to 3.2GHz and Adreno 650 GPU. The device will have UFS 3.1 storage as well. The phone will likely come with 4700mAh battery unit that has support for 80W fast wired charging. The phone will be able to charge 50% in just 12 minutes. The phone also comes with a 36907 mm sq. liquid cooling system.

Reports have suggested that the specifications will be the mostly the same as the Iqoo Neo 6 SE. That means the Neo 6 Indian variant will be a rebranded Neo 6 SE from China.

In that case, the Indian variant of the Neo 6 could come with a 6.62-inch Full HD+ E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate. The phone might offer up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.

For photos and videos, the phone is expected to come with a 64MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. It will have a 16MP selfie snapper at the front.

Price and availability (Expected)

The Iqoo Neo 6 price in China starts at CNY 1,999 (around Rs 23,100), that means we can expect the device to be priced in between Rs 30,000-Rs 25,000 india. The Iqoo Neo 6 will be available for purchase on Amazon after its launch.
