Huawei electronics has launched its new smartphone Huawei Nova Y60 with 5000mAh battery and a triple camera setup on rear in South Africa. The Nova Y60 can be termed as a mid-range all-rounder smartphone which provides battery backup of more than a day along with a decent camera.
In terms of specification, the Huawei Nova Y60 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC and is coupled with 4GB RAM. The device has 64GB of on-board storage. The device runs on Android 10 and is based on EMUI 11.01.
The Huawei Nova Y60 has 6.6-inch HD+ TFT LCD display and the camera setup includes a triple camera at the rear and a single camera at the front. The triple camera at the rear includes 13MP primary camera, 5MP ultra wide lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera is a 8MP sensor and is meant for taking selfies and attending video calls.
A massive 5000 mAh battery is present in the device for day to day works. The security of the device includes a fingerprint scanner on the side which doubles as a power button.
In terms of connectivity, the smartphone has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth version 5, 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C port and GPS.
The Huawei Nova Y60 costs ZAR 3099 (Approx Rs 15,300) for the sole 4GB RAM variant. Launch of the smartphone in India remains unknown.
