Honor 8X Red Variant Launched In India At Rs. 14,999

New Delhi: The Red variant of Honor 8X smartphone has been launched in India. The device, which was previously available in two colour variants i.e Black and Blue will be available for purchase on Amazon.com from November 28.

The Honor 8X has been priced at Rs. 14,999 for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model in India. On the other hand, the 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant has been priced at Rs. 16,999 while the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 18,999.

In terms of specification, the Honor 8X runs Android Oreo-based EMUI 8.2.0. The dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone features a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and PPI of 397 pixels per inch. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 710 SoC, coupled with a Mali G51 GPU.

The device has a dual camera setup at the back with a 20-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, having f/1.8 aperture and PDAF. At the front, the handset features a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and fixed focus. Honor 8X has a a non-removable 3,750mAh battery, and supports 5V/2A (10W) charging and a power saving battery features

Honor 8X boosts of inbuilt storage of 64GB and 128GB expandable upto 400 GB via microSD card. Connectivity options in the smartphone include 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth v4.2 LE with aptX support, GPS/ A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, a Micro-USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
