Hero To Launch New Destini 125 Scooter On October 22

New Delhi: India’s leading motorcycle manufacturer Hero MotoCorp Ltd (HMCL) is all set to launch its new 125cc scooter ‘Destini 125’ on October 22.

The new Destini 125 scooter will have features like telescopic front suspension, external fuel filling with remote-opening, a light and mobile charger in the under-seat storage and a digital instrument cluster.

Hero Destini 125 will be powered by a 125cc, air-cooled engine which was claimed to make 8.7PS of power and 10.2Nm of peak torque at the Auto Expo. The motor will come mated to a constantly variable transmission (CVT) type automatic gearbox.

The new scooter is also being touted to possess HMCl2s patented i3S (idle stop-start-system) technology for better fuel efficiency. Hero might also offer a front disc brake as an optional extra. The Destini 125 is being launched to rival Honda Activa 125 and Suzuki Access 125.
