Good news for data savvy users! Reliance JioFiber offers 1TB data at a very cheap rate

Are you one of those who run out of total data offered by your broadband plan? If yes, then you will be happy to know that Reliance JioFiber is offering 1TB data at a very low price for its broadband customers.

JioFiber is offering its customers with a ‘Data Sachet’, which offers 1TB data at less than Rs 250. This development was first spotted by Telecom Talk.

This JioFiber Data Sachet is applicable only after a user exhausts all the Fair-Usage-Policy data (FUP data). This Data Sachet costs Rs 199 (excluding taxes) and is valid for 7 days. In terms of internet speed, the users get 1000 GB at 100 Mbps. Post the 1000GB data usage, users will get access to 1 Mbps internet speed. Users also get free voice calls in the plan.

However, it is quite unlikely that regular users will opt for the plan. For those who are unaware, Reliance Jio offers approximately 3.3TB of data to its users in almost its every plan.

However, if you are a person who streams online videos (movies, TV series, web shows) on high quality settings, there is a possibility of exhausting the base plan. In such a scenario the data sachet will come to your rescue.

JioFiber monthly plans start as low as Rs 399 while the other plans offered by the company cost Rs 699, Rs 999, Rs 1499, Rs 2499, and Rs 3999 and Rs 8499. All the plans are exclusive of tax.

The introduction of data sachet adds to the convenience of JioFiber users. Airtel and BSNL which are nearest competitors to Jio in the broadband market do not offer a similar plan. If users run out of their monthly data limit, they will not be able to recharge their plan.
