Find all your photos on the internet in seconds with this face search engine

A facial recognition engine called PimEyes is currently in the limelight as reports have claimed that the engine makes it easy to find pictures of people across the internet. The company has incorporated facial recognition technology into a search engine along with reverse image search technology to find similar images in the internet.

The PimEyes was designed back in 2017 and its new owner is Giorgi Gobronidze as the original founder wished to remain anonymous. 34-year-old Gobronidze believes that PimEyes can be a promising tool that will help people to keep tabs on their online reputation.

PimEyes can deliver result in just a few seconds. According to New York Times, they used PimEyes on a dozen of journalists with their permission and it found current and years-old photos of every journalist even that had never seen. It even found correct photos of journalists that were blurred or in which they were wearing sunglasses and masks.

Unlike Clearview AI, PimEyes does not include images from social media instead it uses news, articles, review sites, blogs and pornography sites.

How to find all your photos on the internet using PimEyes?

The company says that PimEyes is a multi-purpose tool that uses the latest technology, machine learning, reverse image search and artificial intelligence to analyse and find pictures on the internet easily.

You can also use it easily, there is no complicated steps or anything. To find your images on internet, you just need to open the PimEyes website and upload a image in the search section with an ‘Upload a photo’ option. There, you need to click on the camera icon to upload an image, once uploaded click on search. The search process will take a few seconds as it uses blogs, news, company websites, and much more before showing results.

However, the service is not completely free. It offers monthly and annual subscription plans starting from $29.99. If you want to get a deeper insight into the search then you can choose among the subscription packages and get one. After you subscribe, you can narrow down the search by using filters. You can also get access to sources of images and share the results by using URLs.
