As 2018 draws to a close, here is a look at the most popular motorcycles which hit the Indian markets this year.

  1. Bajaj Platina 110

This year, Bajaj launched the updated version of its Platina 110 bike with features like ABS (Anti-Skid Braking System) and tubeless tyres as standard fitment. The Bajaj Platina 110 comes in three colour options- Ebony black with grey decals, Ebony black with blue decals and Cocktail wine red. The upgraded motorcycle has been priced at Rs 41,197.

  • Bajaj Pulsar 150 Neon

Bajaj Pulsar 150 Neon, priced at Rs. 64,998, comes with new colour and graphics schemes viz. Neon Red, Neon Silver options on glossy black and Neon Yellow on matte black. The motorcycle features colour co-ordinated headlamp eyebrows, Pulsar logo, side-panel mesh and alloy grab rail.

  • KTM 125 Duke ABS

The 125 Duke ABS, priced at Rs. 1.18 lakhs, features same trellis frame with aluminium swing arm and street fighter styling from the 200 Duke. It comes with a smaller 124.7cc engine, making it more friendly motorcycle for starters.  The bike has a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor which churns out 14.5PS of power at 9.250rpm and 12Nm of torque at 8,000rpm.

  • Hero Destini 125

The new Hero Destini 125 scooter features telescopic front suspension, external fuel filling with remote-opening, a light and mobile charger in the under-seat storage and a digital instrument cluster.

  • Piaggio Aprilia SR 150

Piaggio Aprilia SR 150 features revised graphics along with LCD screen in the instruction cluster and adjustable suspension. Apart from this, the vehicle retains all other previous features like 14-inch alloy wheels, 220mm front disc brake and split lamphead. USB charging port and connectivity features are the major highlight of Aprilia SR 150. Its SR 150 Carbon and SR 150 Race models priced at Rs 73,500 and Rs 80,211 respectively.
