Bajaj Platina 110 Launched In India At Rs. 41,197

New Delhi: Indian automaker Bajaj on Monday launched the updated version of its Platina 110 bike with features like ABS (Anti-Skid Braking System) and tubeless tyres as standard fitment. The upgraded motorcycle has been priced at Rs 41,197.

The new Bajaj Platina 110 is powered by a new 115 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that offers 8.6PS of power at 7000 rpm and a peak torque of 9.81Nm at 5000 rpm. The motorcycle is equipped with a spring-on-spring suspension with Nitrox gas charged shock absorbers and tubeless tyres as a standard fitment.

Eric Vas, President of Bajaj’s Motorcycle Business said, “Bajaj Platina has always been synonymous with exceptionally high mileage and superior comfort. The Platina 110 now joins the highly successful existing Platina 100 ES to offer a premium option to 100cc consumers. Freedom from jerks due to rough roads is a necessary requirement for motorcycle customers, the new Platina 110 is the best product for customers who value ride comfort and safety.”

The new Bajaj Platina 110 has been launched in three colours: Ebony black with grey decals, Ebony black with blue decals and Cocktail wine red. It is being expected to rival Yamaha Saluto RX, Honda CD110 Dream, Bajaj Platina, Hero Splendor Pro and the TVS Radeon.
