Are you facing problems while trying to log into BGMI, Krafton resolves the issue

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has been one of the favourite online multiplayer battle royale games developed and published by Krafton. Recently (December 29 night) BGMI has developed a technical issue that does not allow its users to log into the game.

Even though the issue was not faced by all users, a section of the users were experiencing the issue. The players who encountered the problem received a message on their smartphone “Server authentication error. Login failed.’’ However, the company did not reveal exactly the problem behind it.

As users faced the login issue many smartphone users tried to fix the issue by clearing the cache memory on their Android smartphone and restarting the game. Even though this method was not completely usable, some users were successful in logging into the game. Later on the Developer of the game Krafton confirmed that the login error encountered in Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has been fixed.

Coincidentally, another popular battle royale game Fortnite faced problems on the same day as BGMI. Due to unresponsive servers, the game was unavailable and the gamers were unable to open the game. However, the developer of Fortnite, Epic games later announced that it was online.

Krafton had earlier announced that it will ban players of BGMI who are involved in cheating in the game. The ban was applicable from December 24. Under the BGMI ban, the device of users involved in cheating will be banned. In order to play the game, the banned users have to buy a new device.

BGMI game is an Indian version of PUBG Mobile Game. The game was released on July 2, 2021, for Android devices while the iOS devices could access the game from August 18, 2021.
