Apple to launch next-gen M-series powered Macs, iPad mini on this date

Apple is expected to unveil its next generation of M-series powered Macs and a redesigned iPad mini on November 1, 2024. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the tech giant might launch it at a virtual event similar like the other products.

Meanwhile, the keynote address about the product will likely take place in late October. Meanwhile, the official product launch will take place likely on November 1st, which falls under the usual Apple fall launch event timeline.

Upcoming M4 Macs

According to reports, Apple will launch new M4 Macs lineup during the event. The tech giant is expected to launch a new budget friendly 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M4 chipset.

Meanwhile, the higher-end 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models will be powered by the M4 Pro and M4 Max chips for enhanced performance.

An updated iMac featuring the M4 chip for a desktop powerhouse and a redesigned Mac mini with M4 and M4 Pro variants is also expected to be launched.

These new Macs promise significant performance improvements like faster processing, improved graphics capabilities, and enhanced efficiency.

Redesign iPad mini

The tech giant is also expected to unveil the long-awaited iPad mini 7 at the November 1st event. Though there is not much information about the new iPad Mini, but it is expected to get a potential redesign with a sleeker look and a more modern aesthetic. The new iPad mini might boast improved performance with a powerful A-series chip upgrade.
