The upcoming earbuds as been tipped to ditch the so-called stemless design. The earbuds will come with the skin-detect sensor that was debuted with the recently launched Apple AirPods 3. With this sensor, users can check if the earbuds are actually in their ears or not. It works by detecting water content in the wearer’s skin.
The earbuds may also support Apple Lossless Audio Codec (ALAC) and if that happens, then it would be the first TWS earphones from the company to have support for lossless audio.
