Nabarangpur: As many as seven persons have been arrested in Nabarangpur district of Odisha on Friday for stubbing cigarette in the private part of a youth. The incident took place in Sindhiguda village under Papadahandi Police limits in the district.
As per reports, a youth from Sindhiguda village under Papadahandi police limits has married to a girl of Chandrapur. The couple has four kids.
As per reports, the accused persons, alleging a youth of Raniguda village in an illicit relationship with the said married girl, tortured both of them. They tied them to a tree. More than that, they stubbed in the private part of the youth with cigarettes.
Not only this, reportedly, the accused persons then played a tribal song and asked them to dance to the tune.
Today, the victim youth lodged a complaint at Maidalpur Police Outpost. On the basis of the complaint, Police reached Sindhiguda village and lifted the seven persons. Following investigation they were arrested. They have been forwarded to Court.
