Rayagada: A youth was found brutally murdered near Pajilibandha under Padmapur police limits in Rayagada district last night.
The deceased has been identified as Ram Muli.
The family members suspected that Ram was killed due to previous enmity.
In order to destroy the evidence, the body of Ram was dumped in a nearby canal.
After the complaint of the family members, Padmapur police reached the village along with scientific team and started an investigation into the matter.
The police seized bloodstain mark and firewood from the spot.
