Youth commits suicide over failed love affair in Bhubaneswar, Leaves death note

Bhubaneswar: A youth has committed suicide and lost his life over an alleged failed love affair in the capital city of Odisha on Monday. The incident took place at LIG-100 in Nandan Vihar of Bhubaneswar’s Patia area.

The deceased has been identified as Soumya Ranjan Panigrahi.

Reportedly, Soumya’s family had spotted the hanging body in his bedroom this morning and immediately informed the local police. It has been alleged that he has committed suicide over failed love affair.

On getting the information, the cops arrived at the spot and recovered the body. They have seized a suicide note from the crime spot in which he has mentioned about a girl and sent the body for autopsy procedure.

A case has been filed in this regard and an investigation has been initiated the ascertain the cause behind his suicide.
