Bhubaneswar: A lady doctor has been allegedly beaten and misbehaved by youth at Laxmisagar chhak in Bhubaneswar on Sunday night.
Reportedly, the victim, identified as Rina Gupta, was returning home along with her mother in a car.
They allegedly had a heated argument with the accused youth, identified as Biswajit Swain over a parking issue near a private hospital.
Thereafter, the argument later escalated, and Swain allegedly thrashed the lady doctor.
Later, a complaint was filed with the Laxmisagar police station under section 341,294,323,506,354,34 of IPC.
The cops have initiated an investigation into the matter and inspected the CCTV installed in the area.
