Woman Travelling In Bengaluru-Guwahati Exp Delivers Triplets at Bhadrak Railway Station In Odisha

Bhadrak: A woman travelling in Bengaluru-Guwahati Express gave birth to triplets at the Bhadrak railway station in Odisha on Friday Morning.

The woman has been identified as Manjula Khatun, a resident of Guwahati in Assam. She was travelling from Guwahati to Bengaluru, sources said.

According to reports, the Assamese woman suffered a labour pain when she was travelling in the train.

She got down from the train at the Bhadrak railway station here and delivered gave birth to triplets- three baby boys.

The woman was stated to be in good condition while her three new-born babies were reportedly unwell.  She and her new-born babies were rushed  to the District Headquarter Hospital here by GRP personnel .

However, the new-born babies died in the hospital while undergoing treatment.
