Cuttack: In a tragic incident, a 7-year-old and his mother have lost their lives after drowning at Krushnaprasad Panchayat pond in Cuttack’s Niali. Reportedky, they drowned while bathing at the pond.
The locals immediately informed the local fire fighters. On getting the information, fire services personnel arrived at the spot and recovered bodies of mother-son duo and rushed them to the hospital where the doctors pronounced them brought dead.
The local police have also arrived at the spot and and initiated a probe into the matter.
