Wild Tusker Attacks In Dhenkanal District Of Odisha, 1 Critical

Dhenkanal: A police officer has been attacked by a wild tusker near Kadalipala at Kamakhyanagar town in Dhenkanal district of Odisha today.

The injured officer has been identified Hrusikesh Nayak of Tumusinga police station.

According to reports, Hrusikesh was returning from duty to Bamphu village under Saruali panchayat in Kamakhyanagar when the tusker attacked him near Kadalipala.

He was admitted to the Kamakhyanagar hospital in a critical condition and later was shifted to SCB Medical College in Cuttack as his health deteriorated.
