Sambalpur: The Burla-based Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT) has been closed for four days including Saturday and Sunday after the professors tested positive for COVID19.
According to sources, the VSSUT authorities decided to shut the institute on Monday (Sep 28) and Tuesday (Sep 29) as the Electrical Dept Professor and Civil Engineering Asst Professor tested positive for the deadly virus on Sep 23.
In order to sanitise the entire campus the authorities have decided to closed the institution for four days and the professors are ordered to take online classes from their homes.
