Puri: Tourists have been directed to leave Puri immediately by today. The administration had enforced Sec. 144 in Puri since Tuesday.
But, this does not seem to have deterred the tourists from flocking to this popular tourist destination.
Huge crowds have been witnessed in Sri Jagannath Temple.
The beach however appeared to be deserted. The makeshift shops on the beach have been closed down.
However, huge crowds have been seen from Digabareni square to Swargadwar road.
Residents have expressed their fears and concern for the high number of tourists in fear of the Coronavirus outbreak.
