Bhubaneswar: Ace sprinter Dutee Chand has qualified for Tokyo Olympics-2020 in both 100 and 200 metre races, has been selected via world ranking quota.
The ace sprinter broke her own 100m national record, clocking 11.7 seconds at the Indian Grand Prix 4 in Patiala last week but missed the automatic Olympic qualification time by 0.02 seconds.
Yesterday, Odisha Government recommended names of Sprinter Dutee Chand for Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award and Arjun Puraskar for 2021 respectively.
