Thunderstorm and rain, yellow warning for 10 districts in Odisha
A yellow warning has been issued for various districts of Odisha for thunderstorm, rain and wind speed of 40-50 kmph.
Bhubaneswar: The regional MeT department situated here in Bhubaneswar has predicted thunderstorms and rains in as many as 10 districts in Odisha.
Thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Nuapada, Bolangir, Kandhamal, Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Nawarangpur, Koraput, and Malkangiri today, said the weather report.

Thunderstorm with lightning, and gusty surface wind with speed reaching up to 30-40 kmph is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Nabarangpur, Nuapada, Bolangir, Gajapati, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Mayurbhanj, and Keonjhar a yellow warning has been issued.
Thunderstorm with lightning is also very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Sonepur, Boudh, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Sundargarh, Angul, and Dhenkanal.
