Temperature in Odisha to dip by 3-4 degrees

Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre here informed that the minimum temperature is likely to dip by 3 to 4 Degree Celsius in Odisha.

According to the weather department, the minimum temperature is likely to dip by 3 to 4 Degree Celcius within the next 48 hours.

Dry weather is very likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha for the next three days, said the IMD adding that shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of interior parts of the State.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower is likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of South Interior Odisha, Gajapati, Ganjam and dry weather is very likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha.

Meanwhile, intense cold wave and heavy fog is being witnessed in Bonai area of Sundergarh district.

The normal life was affected due to the cold wave and fog conditions. Vehicular movement was disrupted due to bad weather.

It is seen that the people have tea at roadside stalls to keep themselves warm in the cold weather.
