Bhubaneswar: BJD MP Tathagata Satpathy has questioned why Justice Qudussi, who was arrested by the CBI from his Delhi residence in connection with MCI scam, is being referred as an Odisha judge.
Tathagata drew attention to the fact that Justice Qudussi is not Odia. He further said although Qudussi served at the Orissa High Court, he retired from Chhattisgarh High Court and it’s malicious to refer him as Retd. Judge of High Court.
Tathagata also accused the CBI of playing a smart game to give Odisha a bad name.
