Tabulation Register, Fail Mark Memorandum of HSC examinees to be available from July 22

Bhubaneswar: The Tabulation Register (T.R), Fail Mark Memorandum and Migration Certificate of candidates who filled up forms for appearing at the Annual High School Certificate Examination /State Open School Certificate Examination, 2021 and whose results have been published on 25/06/2021 will be made available at the office of the respective District Education Officers or at a place in the District Head quarter Schools as decided by the concerned DEO from 22/07/2021.

In a letter to the Heads of the Institutions of Secondary Schools in Odisha, the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) intimated the above information on Tuesday.

The Headmaster of all schools are requested to collect their documents on production of Identity Card by 23/07/2021. The Madhyama Examination documents will be made available after one week. The original certificates of all the successful candidates will be issued after publication of results of offline Examination, 2021. The Headmaster can issue mark sheet to their successful candidates basing on marks in T.R if the candidates require for taking admission into +2 or any other course. The Correspondence Course Candidates will collect Migration Certificate & Course Leaving Certificate from concerned Zonal Office of the Board – the letter reads.
