Puri: Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has created a beautiful sand sculpture on the occasion of Utkal Divas or Odisha Day today at the beach of Puri.
The artist sent best wishes and heartiest congratulations to all Odias of the state a “Happy Utkal Divas “ with the sand art on the eve of Utkal Divas. The sand artwork also had a text that read, “Happy Utkala Divas”.
The Artist took to Twitter and shared a picture of the sand art along with a message that said, “Wishing everyone Happy Utkal Divas, My SandArt at Puri beach in Odisha.”

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik along with other political leaders took to Twitter to extend greeting to Odias on the Odisha day.
Odisha Day or Utkala Dibasa is celebrated on 1 April in Odisha in the memory of the formation of the state as a separate province on 1 April 1936.
