Kendrapara: In yet another tragic incident, a student died and another went missing after drowning in Birupa river here on Thursday.
As per reports, Lipan Pradhan and Akash Das of Choti village under Derabish police limits had gone to the river for taking bath but accidently slipped into deep waters while bathing.
After getting a tip-off from the locals, Fire personnel and ODRAF team reached the spot and fished out the dead body of one of the boys. The operation is underway to trace the missing student.
