State Commission For Women Demands Report In Skeletal Remains Of Woman Recovered From Car Case

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Commission for Women demanded a detailed report on the skeletal recovery of a woman that was found inside a vehicle at Janla police outpost under Jatni police limits in Khurda district of Odisha on Tuesday.

The Chairperson of the Commission for Women sought a detailed report on the incident within a month from the Commissionerate Police.

“This is a sensitive issue. Who was the woman, how did her body reach the vehicle that was parked inside the police outpost? I have sought all the detailed reports and further action will be taken as per the report” Chairperson Minati Behera said.

Worth mentioning, the skeletal remains have been sent to Hyderabad for skull mapping. The death of the woman is still a mystery. Furthermore, the identity of the woman is yet to be ascertained.
