Puri: Sri Mandir’s annual budget is scheduled to be tabled on Friday. A hike in salary might also be discussed today.
The Sri Mandir Management Committee is slated to meet at 11 am today where the annual budget shall be tabled. The completely independent committee meeting, headed by Puri Gajapati Maharaj Dibyasingh Deb, probably shall discuss a hike in salary.
Reportedly, selling or buying of Sri Mandir’s land, mining lease, deposits in corpus funds, and several developmental plans and maintenance work for the temple shall also be discussed at the budget meeting.
Also present at the meeting will be Chief Administrator of the Sri Jagannath Temple Association (SJTA), Puri Collector, Puri SP and SJTA members.
