Squad formed for Odisha Plus 2 exam 2022

Bhubaneswar: A squad has been formed for the upcoming Odisha Plus 2 exam 2022 which is scheduled to begin from April 28.

Reportedly, the Central Zone Squad has a maximum of 58 members, 35 in the Sambalpur Zonal Squad, whereas Baripada and Berhampur zonal squads have 30 members.

The readers, assistant professors, and teachers have been selected as members of the squad. All those who are members of the squad have been instructed by the college authorities to release them by April 26.

In addition, the Central Zone Squad has been asked to report directly to the Deputy Examinations Controller of the Council and the members of the remaining three zones to report by their respective zones by April 27.

Similarly, the superintendents of 22 examination centers have been changed.

Notably, more than 3,20,000 students in Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational stream will appear the examination in an offline mode. The examinations will be conducted in one sitting and the exams will begin at 9 AM in view of the hot weather condition across Odisha.

All practical examinations will be conducted internally by the Higher Secondary Schools without the externals.

The students will be assessed in two separate schemes for a paper:

  • Performance of the students based on their performance only in Annual H.S .Examination.
  • 80% weightage on the basis of performance in Annual H.S. Examination and 20% weightage from the performance in Quarter End Examinations.

The highest marks obtained by the students in above two schemes shall be the final mark in that particular paper.
