Single Covid-19 case reported in Bhubaneswar in last 24 hours

Bhubaneswar: A single case of Coronavirus has been detected in Odisha’s capital city today. As on May 14, 2022 Bhubaneswar has recorded just one positive case in the last 24 hours.

According to reports by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), the positive case that was reported today was a local contact case.

With today’s development, the total Covid-19 positive cases have increased to 1,56,622. The recovered cases are 1,55,342. The total deceased cases are 1193. At present, the active Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar stand at 66. The recovered cases in BMC in last 24 hours are 3.

Odisha on Saturday reported 18 new Covid cases including 13 children, informed to the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,88,290.

Reportedly, among the 18, 5 patients are in quarantine, and 13 are local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 131.

Today, Nuapada recorded the highest Covid cases with 13 positives followed by Cuttack with two positives, whereas Khurda, Rayagada, and Sundargarh with one positive case each.
