Significant Increase In Petrol And Diesel Prices Post Union Budget 2021

Bhubaneswar: Petrol and diesel prices are all set to rise as the central government has decided to impose an agricultural cess of Rs 2.5/litre on petrol, Rs 4/litre on diesel.

This development is sure to burn a hole in the pocket of consumers who were already in distress due to the sky rocketing price of fuel in Indian markets.

The petrol and diesel prices have crossed the Rs. 80 mark across all the metros.

It is expected that common man shall find it difficult to adjust with this change and fit fuel in his daily budget.
