Malkangiri: In a shocking video a sorcerer bit a woman in order to cure her illness at Urmaguda village under Kalimela block in the district. The video of the entire incident has now gone viral on social media.
As per reports, one 38-year-old woman Dule Beti was suffering from high fever for three days when the family members decided to seek the help of a sorcerer instead of taking her to the hospital. The sorcerer identified as Kosa Beti was seen biting the woman multiple times to cure her illness.
The video of the entire incident was captured by a bystander. In the two minute long video the sorcerer was seen performing rituals in the local language.
