Bhubaneswar: In a shocking incident, a man reached Capital Hospital, Unit-6 in Bhubaneswar after being violently attacked by four miscreants near Mathasahi village under Balipatna tehsil in Khordha district on Monday morning.
The injured victim has been identified as Sudhakar Jena of Jhintisasan village under Balipatna police limits.
Reportedly, four miscreants arrived on two bikes and attacked Sudhakar with an axe due to which he sustained critical injuries following which four of them fled from the spot.
He was rushed to Balipatna Community Health Centre (CHC) for immediate medical treatment. However, he was later shifted to Capital Hospital, Unit-6 in a critical condition.
