Bhubaneswar: The regional Meteorological centre predicted thunderstorm accompanied with hail and gusty surface wind in seven districts of the state today.
As per the latest bulletin of the MeT office, the latest doppler weather radar and satellite imageries indicate that thunderstorm accompanied with hail and gusty surface wind speed reaching 50 to 60 kmph likely to occur over the districts of Nuapada, Balangir, Kandhamal, Rayagada, Gajapati, Ganjam and Nayagarh between 3.15 PM and 7.15 PM.
The bulletin further said that the heat wave condition is likely to prevail over interior Odisha.
