Selfie with wild bear! Possible, but only on Tuesday, Saturday

Nuapada: Selfie with a wild bear can be clicked here, but only on Tuesday and Saturday. As per reports a rare example of man-animal relationship has been witnessed in the Nuapada district of Odisha.

As per reports, a bear has been visiting the Lord Hanuman temple near Bhalu Dungri in the Larka village under the Boden block of the district on Tuesday and Saturday.

Interestingly, the beast has not harmed anybody so far, although people have taken selfies with it. Like an innocent kid, the bear would consume coconut in the temple and leave.

At a time when rampant cases of bear attack are witnessed in media reports, this particular case has drawn the curiosity of everybody.

On the other hand, the Range officer of Khariar has said that a bear never attacks until it has not received any harm. However, despite the decent behaviour of the bear, in this case, people should avoid taking a selfie with it. After all, it is not a trained and tamed bear, whom we witness in a circus. Rather it is a wild bear and hence taking a selfie with the beast may be fatal at times.
