Bhubaneswar: A security guard was found dead on the premises of Kapileshwar temple at Kanan Vihar of the city on Wednesday.
Infocity police, on being informed by the temple priest, seized the body of the security guard, whom it identified as Dilip Parichha from Agarpada in Bhadrak district, and sent the mortal remains to the Capital Hospital for postmortem.
Police also recovered some pieces of paper from his pant pocket, which they suspect to be Parichha’s suicide note.
An investigation into the matter has been started to find out whether Parichha was killed by someone and dumped there or it is a case of suicide.
