Udala: An SDO and an electricity department employee were beaten up in Khunta early this morning.
The incident took place in Naupada village of Khunta in Udala.
Sources say that the officials had gone to the village to cut power due to non payment of bills.
The pending amount was around 3000 rupees. The car of the SDO and entire team was stopped by blocking the road with a bike.
The SDO has filed a complaint in Khunta Police Station against the attacker, Shantanu Nayak and his family members since all were involved in the attack.
The complaint also mentions that they had threatened to kill the SDO and his team.

I’m against such thing, but
Why should not stopping free finding of electricity ??
If govt want to give free then it should be applied for all.
We have to pay for everything as we r playing income tax.
Is it a sin to be employed …???
