Cuttack: Students of Kamla Kant Vidyapeeth under Jobra of the district hit the street on Wednesday protesting the transfer of their Hindi teacher.
According to sources, the students had their unit tests today. However, they skipped the exam and took out a rally protesting the transfer of Hindi teacher Laxmidhara Behera.
Throughout their protest rally across the town, the students of the school demanded that they need Behera back in the school. Some of them even threatened to leave the school if their demands are not addressed soon.
The Hindi teacher has been transferred to Police High School.
