Lucknow: Odisha’s Rutaparna Panda won double titles in the All India Senior Doubles Ranking Badminton Tournament at Lucknow on Sunday. She won both the women’s doubles and mixed doubles titles.
Rutuparna along with her doubles partner Arundhati defeated Simran Singhi and Ritika Thakar by 21-16, 21-10 to claim the women’s doubles trophy.
Similarly, Panda partnering Nanda Gopal K edged out Arundhati Pantawane and Gouse Shail by 21-16, 21-13 to win the mixed doubles event.
The tournament was organised by the Badminton Association of India in association with U.P Badminton Association from March 15 to March 18.
