Bhubaneswar: The second phase of budget session of Odisha Assembly saw a huge ruckus today. From the beginning of the question hour, there was a huge commotion.
Both the ruling party and opposition members came to the well of the house and shouted slogans.
Both the Congress and BJP legislators clashed over the Mandi issue.
The ruling party also demanded an apology from BJP MLA Subhas Panigrahi this lead to a major uproar.
The Speaker then adjourned the house till 11:30 am and then later till 4:00 pm.
