Sundargarh: A 3-year-old girl has lost her life while her three other family members have sustained critical injuries in a road accident near Lahangapada in Bonai of Sundargarh district late on Friday night.
Reportedly, four members of a family were returning from Gopana to Lahangapada on a bike when vehicle lost balance over the wheels and collided with a pole on the roadside.
As a result, the 3-year-old girl lost her life on the spot while her 8-year-old sister father Naresh Mahanta and mother Nandini Mahanta sustained critical injuries.
On getting the information, the local police arrived at the spot and the injured people were rushed to a nearby hospital for immediate treatment.
