Red Warning Issued To Various Districts Of Odisha, Heavy Rainfall Expected

Bhubaneswar: A red warning has been issued to various districts of Odisha for heavy to very heavy rainfall as an after effect of cyclone Yaas.

The warning has been issued by the regional MeT department situated here in Bhubaneswar.

Heavy to very heavy rainfall at a few places over the districts of: Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar and Dhenkanal.

Isolated extremely heavy fall very likely to occur over the districts of Jajpur, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar and Dhenkanal.

It is however noteworthy that a few other districts in Odisha have been issued a yellow warning with heavy to very heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at isolated places over the districts of Anugul, Deogarh, Sundergarh and Sambalpur.
