Bhadrak: A rare Albino snake has been rescued from Panchapada village in Chandbali area of the district on Friday evening.
As per reports, the snake was rescued by one Jogesh Das of Panchapada village while the 4 feet long reptile was crawling in his garden.
“I rescued the snake on my own and kept it in a container. I have never come across any snake with such colour. Hundreds of people thronged my house to have a glimpse of the reptile,” said Das.
Das later handed over the snake to the forest department officials. Forest officials said that the albino snake is rarely found in Odisha.
