Bhubaneswar: The IMD has issued ‘Yellow Warning’ for the districts of Kandhamal, Rayagada, Khurda, Cuttack, Ganjam, Nayagarh, Boudh, Puri, Koraput, Malkangiri, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj predicting thunderstorm with lightning and gusty surface wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph very likely to occur at one or two places over these districts.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower very likely to occur at a few places over the districts of Kandhamal, Rayagada, Ganjam, Nayagarh, Khurda, Boudh, Puri, Cuttack, Koraput, Malkangiri, and at one or two places over the rest districts of coastal Odisha.

Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Nawarangpur, Kalahandi, Angul, Dhenkanal, Deogarh, Sundargarh may also face rains.
