Bhubaneswar: Member of Seva Hi Sankalp organization is reportedly getting death threat for filing complaints against man for crushing five puppies to death in Bhubaneswar recently.
One Prafulla Rout, was arrested by police after a member of Seva Hi Sankalp organization filed a complaint at Lingaraj police station in the State Capital City.

Rout had reportedly run over five puppies while driving his Innova car in Ghusareswar area of Old Town in Bhubaneswar recently. He was booked under sections 429, 506, 294 and Sec. 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
