Candidates who are applying for the posts of postal assistant, sorting assistant and postman should have passed their 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognised Board or university (excluding vocational stream). Likewise, the applicants who want to apply for the post of multi-tasking staff must have passed 10th standard pass from a recognised Board.

• Postal assistant/sorting assistant: Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100
• Postman: Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100
• Multi-tasking staff: Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900.

The applicants should not be less than 18-year-old and more than 27-year-old. For the MTS posts, it should be between 18 and 25 years. However, there will be relaxation for the candidates coming under SC/ST, OBC and government servant.
