Bhubaneswar: There has been an alarming rise in the number of Covid positives in the twin cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.
One Covid positive patient is infecting a number of large number of person which might lead to community transmission said Bijay Kumar Mohapatra, Director of Health Services Odisha.
Since a large number of people are travelling from other states to Bhubaneswar the rates of positives are on the rise.
The director Health Services Mohapatra, further added that sufficient beds are present in Odisha to manage the case load.
It is to be noted that today, Khurda has reported 1840 covid positives among the 8000 plus cases in Odisha.
