Cuttack: In a major haul of narcotics substances, the Odisha police on Wednesday has seized 106gm of brown sugar from Deulasahi area in Cuttack district and arrested fiver persons in this connection.
Acting on a tip-off, the Bidanasi police conducted a raid at Deulasahi area and apprehended five persons and seized 106 gm of brown sugar worth more than 10 lakhs from their posession.
Later, the Bidanasi police have court forwarded the accused persons.
