Police Identifies Serial Killer Involved In Three Murders In Cuttack

Cuttack: Police today claimed to have identified the serial killer who killed three persons within a span of 24 hours in the city. Police said that they are also trying to nab the accused.

Police sources said that the accused, a mentally challenged man was under treatment at the Department of Psychiatric in SCB Medical College and Hospital.

“ The suspect is a rag picker and a special team of police is trying to nab the accused at the earliest possible,” said a police official.

The body of a daily wager was found near Ranihat canal on Tuesday morning while two other people were found murdered in the city near OMP Square and Mangalabag on Wednesday morning. All the victims were homeless people sleeping on the footpaths.
